We ship all orders via US Postal Service and FedEx®. Most shipments leave our facility within 1 business day of when your order is placed. A tracking number is provided for each shipment that is associated with your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason as well as change carriers based on product availability or customer location.
Domestic Shipping - Continental US
- FREE Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) on orders over $50
- Orders totaling $50 and under, shipping is $4.99.
- Expedited (2nd Day Air) is calculated based on weight
NOTE: There is a $5 surcharge on orders under $50 that include an individual lithium ion powerbank battery, and Expedited (2nd Day Air) is not available as a shipping method.
Domestic Shipping - Hawaii and Alaska
Shipping cost is calculated based on weight:
- Orders under 4 lbs, shipping is $4.99
- Orders between 4 lbs and 10 lbs, shipping is $12.99
- Orders between 10 lbs and 40 lbs, shipping is $19.99
- Orders greater than 40 lbs, shipping is $29.99
NOTE: We do not ship individual lithium ion powerbank batteries to Hawaii and Alaska.
We ship to the following international countries: Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Sint Maarten, Slovenia, Spain, St. Lucia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
International Shipping Rates:
- Canada: Cost is calculated based on weight, starting at $14.99.
- All other countries: Cost is calculated based on real time USPS carrier rates.
NOTE: We do not ship individual lithium ion powerbank batteries to international locations.
Duties and Customs fees: Some countries charge duties or other fees on merchandise arriving from the United States based on the customs forms provided at shipping, please note that we cannot adjust these forms or mail packages as gifts. Customers are responsible for any duty and custom fees (import charges) when your package arrives. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for information regarding duties and other taxes before you complete your purchase. If packages are refused for failure to pay import fees, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the items less all shipping and any additional fees associated with returning the package to us.
Please note, delays for your local custom clearance may occur and are not included in the transit times.
Individual Lithium Ion Powerbank Batteries
Due to shipping regulations and special handling required for lithium ion batteries, orders that total less than $50 and include an individual lithium ion powerbank battery will incur a $5 surcharge. Additionally, only standard shipping to the Domestic Continental US is available for orders containing an individual lithium ion powerbank battery - Expedited (2nd Day Air) is not available as a shipping option and we do not ship such orders to Hawaii, Alaska or International locations.
Items can be removed from your cart any time prior to clicking on the “Submit Order” button on the order confirmation page. Once you have hit the “Submit Order” button your order has gone through and begins processing. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away. Unfortunately, orders that have been processed by our warehouse cannot be changed or cancelled. When you receive your order, you may return to us by using our returns procedure.
Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have enter at checkout. Make sure to double check your shipping address on the order form before completing your purchase. If shipping to a business, please specify the company name as part of the address.
We reserve the right to impose a forwarding fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Please note if a forwarding fee does occur, we will email you notification of the fee, reason for the charge, and the date of the charge. Likewise, if your address is incorrect and we ship your package via USPS, it may simply be returned to us.
